Liqun Lianfa Launches the 2024 Quality Month Initiative
Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise.
To reinforce quality awareness and further enhance safety and quality management capabilities, all departments and subsidiaries of Liqun Lianfa actively responded to the “Quality Month” initiative, carrying out a variety of quality-focused activities including training sessions, experience sharing, and skills competitions—empowering the company through quality and strengthening the organization through excellence.

To reinforce quality awareness and further enhance safety and quality management capabilities, all departments and subsidiaries of Liqun Lianfa actively responded to the “Quality Month” initiative, carrying out a variety of quality-focused activities including training sessions, experience sharing, and skills competitions—empowering the company through quality and strengthening the organization through excellence.
01 Kick-off Meeting: Setting the Stage
Led by the General Administration Office and organized by the Quality Department, Liqun Lianfa officially launched a three-month “Quality Month” campaign aimed at stimulating innovation in quality management and driving continuous improvement across all operations.
During the kick-off meeting, the General Manager delivered an address emphasizing three key points:
1. Quality must come first — It is the lifeline and foundation of a company’s survival.
2. Strengthen quality management awareness — Conduct in-depth training and communication to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the entire production process.
3. Build a company-wide quality mindset — Make the pursuit of quality a daily habit, and safeguard product quality with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
The meeting also featured a collective oath ceremony. Representatives from Production, Quality, R&D, Sales, Procurement, the Warehousing Center, and all subsidiaries gathered to take a solemn pledge and sign their commitment to strictly adhere to quality standards and ensure the highest product quality in all future work.



Departments across the company and all subsidiaries actively participated in the “Quality Month” activities by organizing a series of training programs, including “Employee Quality Awareness,” “6S Management,” “Production Management and Control Procedures,” “Design and Development Control Procedures,” “Warehouse Management Procedures,” and “Job-Specific Knowledge.”
In addition, teams conducted hands-on training covering product process flows, equipment operation, and other practical skill exercises—further enhancing quality control capabilities and reinforcing the collective commitment to excellence.


As the Quality Month activities continue, the company launched two interactive, incentive-based QR-code campaigns to reinforce the mindset that “quality depends on everyone.”
The two initiatives include:
Quality Defect Discovery Campaign
Rational Improvement Proposal Campaign
Every improvement the company makes is inseparable from the collective efforts of all its members. Through these QR-code activities, employees were encouraged to share insights and ideas, fostering collaboration and enhancing the company’s overall quality management standards.
Everyone is encouraged to become a “quality eagle eye”—identifying issues, solving problems, and contributing wisdom and strength to create a better future for the company.
Testing knowledge, refining skills, and showcasing expertise—this exciting skills competition brought out the best in everyone!
The company organized a series of engaging prize-based contests, including the 6S Knowledge Quiz, Thermal/Electrical Materials Knowledge Competition, Calendering Process Challenge, Dispensing Process Challenge, Quality Awareness Competition, and Quality Control Process Competition, among others.
Employees across all departments participated enthusiastically, demonstrating their professionalism, technical capabilities, and commitment to quality excellence.


Liqun Lianfa held a closing meeting for the “Quality Month” campaign. During the session, participants reviewed the entire series of activities through videos and photos, shared insights from the training programs, and exchanged lessons learned throughout the initiative.
The company attached great importance to the “Quality Month” activities, with full participation from top to bottom and a 100% employee involvement rate. As a result, overall quality awareness across the organization has significantly improved, and the campaign has already yielded positive initial outcomes:
