为积极履行企业社会责任，尊重人权，抵制冲突矿产供应链中的人权侵害行为，防范来自刚果民主共和国及其周边冲突高风险地区矿产流入本公司产品供应链，本公司正式发布本《不使用冲突矿产声明》。
本公司已在社会责任管理体系中建立正式的不使用冲突矿产政策，明确立场：不支持、不采购、不使用来源于武装冲突、非法采矿、恶劣工作环境开采的冲突矿产，杜绝金 (Au)、钽 (Ta)、锡 (Sn)、钨 (W)（3TG）等冲突矿产，以及其他高风险延伸矿产进入我司产品及包装材料供应链。此处冲突矿产指源自刚果民主共和国及其周边国家、境内武装力量控制区域的锡石、黑钨、钶钽铁矿、黄金及其衍生物，矿产开采、冶炼、成型、加工全流程均不得出自上述管控区域。
为落实政策要求，本公司依据 RMI 负责任矿产倡议发布的CMRT 冲突矿产报告模板、EMRT 扩展矿产报告模板开展供应链尽职调查工作：
将冲突矿产合规要求纳入供应商管理，对全部相关供应商开展冲突矿产尽职调查，向供应商收集 CMRT、EMRT 相关调查资料；
与供应商签订《不使用冲突矿产承诺书》，明确供应商责任，要求供应商对上游原料来源开展追溯甄别，留存原产地相关证明记录，接受我司的稽核审查；
要求供应商如实填报矿产来源、冶炼厂，精炼厂信息，保证提交资料真实完整，推动上游供应链矿产来源透明可追溯；
持续对供应链开展风险识别，若发现供应链存在冲突矿产风险，将推动供应商实施纠正改善，对严重违反承诺的供应商采取包括终止合作在内的处置措施。
本公司要求所有供应商承诺其交付我司的产品、包装所使用金属不得含有冲突矿产；若供应商违反承诺，我司有权执行退回产品、追究违约金、解除订单合同、追偿全部损失（含诉讼费、律师费等）等相关处置。
本公司承诺持续完善冲突矿产管理机制，跟进 CMRT、EMRT 版本更新，持续开展供应链尽职调查，持续推进负责任矿产采购，降低冲突矿产流入风险。客户及相关利益方可就冲突矿产相关事宜向我司进行咨询。

To all customers, partners and stakeholders:
To actively fulfill corporate social responsibility, respect human rights, and oppose human rights abuses within conflict mineral supply chains, and to prevent minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its surrounding high-risk conflict regions from entering our product supply chain, our company formally issues this Conflict-Free Minerals Statement.
Our company has established a formal conflict-free minerals policy within the social responsibility management system. Our position is clear: we do not support, purchase or use conflict minerals mined in areas with armed conflict, illegal mining or harsh working conditions. We prohibit conflict minerals including Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W) (3TG), and other high-risk extended minerals from entering the supply chain of our products and packaging materials. Conflict minerals herein refer to cassiterite, wolframite, coltan, gold and their derivatives originating from the DRC and neighbouring countries, or areas controlled by armed forces within these territories. None of such minerals, across the full process of mining, smelting, forming and processing, shall be sourced from the aforementioned controlled regions.
To implement this policy, our company carries out supply chain due diligence in accordance with the CMRT Conflict Minerals Reporting Template and EMRT Extended Minerals Reporting Template issued by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI):
Integrate conflict mineral compliance requirements into supplier management, conduct conflict mineral due diligence for all relevant suppliers and collect CMRT and EMRT documentation from suppliers;
Sign Conflict-Free Minerals Commitment Letters with suppliers to clarify supplier obligations. Suppliers shall trace and verify upstream raw material origins, retain supporting origin documentation and accept our audits and inspections;
Require suppliers to truthfully declare mineral origin, smelter and refinery information, guarantee the authenticity and completeness of submitted documents, and promote transparent and traceable mineral sources in the upstream supply chain;
Continuously identify supply chain risks. If conflict mineral risks are detected in the supply chain, we will drive suppliers to implement corrective actions. For suppliers with serious breaches of commitments, we will impose disciplinary measures including termination of cooperation.
Our company requires all suppliers to warrant that metals used in products and packaging delivered to us are free from conflict minerals. Where suppliers breach such commitments, we reserve the right to reject delivered products, claim liquidated damages, cancel purchase contracts and orders, and recover all losses (including litigation fees, attorney fees, etc.).
Our company commits to continuously improving the conflict mineral management framework, tracking updates to CMRT and EMRT versions, conducting ongoing supply chain due diligence, advancing responsible mineral sourcing and mitigating the risk of conflict mineral infiltration.
