We integrate sustainable development into all business activities. We have established a CSR management team to implement compliant operations. We strictly abide by laws and regulations on anti-corruption, anti-bribery and fair competition, and protect intellectual property rights. We advocate integrity in business, and maintain internal & external grievance channels for employees, suppliers and customers to raise concerns safely. We adopt EICC Code of Conduct, and maintain management systems including ISO9001 Quality Management System . We uphold business integrity and avoid conflicts of interest.

我们践行绿色制造，依据 ISO14001 环境管理体系管控生产全过程，规范废水、废气、固体废物及危险废物的处置，依法落实排污管理。 在产品端，严格管控有害物质，产品满足 RoHS、REACH、无卤等环保要求。持续推动节能降耗、废弃物资源化回收，稳步推进碳减排，降低生产与产品的环境足迹。 依托新材料研发能力，开发低环境影响的导热界面材料，助力下游电子客户实现绿色产品设计。
We practice green manufacturing and control the whole production process under ISO14001 Environmental Management System. We properly treat wastewater, exhaust gas, solid waste and hazardous waste, and comply with pollutant discharge regulations. For products, hazardous substances are strictly controlled to meet RoHS, REACH and halogen-free requirements. We keep improving energy saving, waste recycling, carbon emission reduction to lower environmental footprint. With advanced new material R&D capability, we develop low-environmental-impact thermal interface materials to support our electronic customers’ green product design.

We comply with labor laws, prohibit child labor and forced labor, oppose discrimination and workplace harassment in any form, and guarantee equal employment rights. Workshop safety is managed under ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Fire protection, operation protection and risk control are implemented with regular safety training. We ensure fair remuneration, social insurance, working hour control and paid leave. We provide training and career development paths, maintain employee communication and humanistic care to protect physical and mental health.

We protect customer information and commercial data, maintain closed-loop customer complaint handling, and avoid false promotion to safeguard customer interests.
6、负责任供应链 Responsible Supply Chain
推行供应商行为准则，将劳工、人权、EHS、有害物质管控、反腐败要求纳入供应商准入与定期审核。 落实冲突矿产管控，对上游原材料开展溯源管理，推动供应链伙伴共同遵守社会责任要求。 持续开展供应商辅导，推动产业链绿色升级，共建稳定、合规、可持续的原材料供应体系。
We implement Supplier Code of Conduct. Labor, human rights, EHS, hazardous substance control and anti-corruption requirements are included in supplier onboarding and periodic audits. We carry out conflict minerals control and traceability management for upstream raw materials, requiring supply chain partners to comply with social responsibility standards. We provide continuous supplier coaching to promote green upgrading of the industrial chain and build a stable, compliant and sustainable raw material supply system.
7、遵循 RBA 责任商业联盟行为准则承诺 Commitment to Comply with the RBA Code of Conduct
本公司认同并支持《RBA 责任商业联盟行为准则》，将劳工权益、职业健康安全、环境保护、商业道德、管理体系五大维度要求融入公司日常运营及供应链管理全过程。
我们承诺遵守国家及地方相关法律法规，切实保障员工合法权益，打造安全健康的作业环境，推行绿色低碳生产，坚守廉洁诚信的商业道德；同时将社会责任相关要求传递给上下游供应商，开展供应链社会责任尽职调查，推动供应链持续改善。本声明仅为企业立场承诺，不代表已取得 RBA 官方认证。
Our company recognizes and supports the RBA Code of Conduct. We integrate requirements covering five dimensions: labor rights, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, business ethics and management systems into our daily operations and full-cycle supply chain management.
We commit to complying with relevant national and local laws and regulations, effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees, creating a safe and healthy working environment, implementing green and low-carbon production, and adhering to honest and ethical business practices. Meanwhile, we communicate social responsibility requirements to upstream and downstream suppliers, conduct social responsibility due diligence on the supply chain, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. This statement represents only the corporate position and commitment and does not constitute official RBA certification.
8、不使用冲突矿产声明 Conflict-Free Minerals Statement
为防范刚果民主共和国及其周边冲突高风险地区的冲突矿产流入本公司供应链，避免武装冲突相关矿产带来的人权侵害风险，我司已在社会责任管理体系中建立正式的不使用冲突矿产政策。
我方立场：不支持、不采购、不使用来源于武装冲突、非法采矿、恶劣工作环境开采的冲突矿产。冲突矿产主要指源自刚果民主共和国及其周边国家、武装力量控制区域产出的金 (Au)、钽 (Ta)、锡 (Sn)、钨 (W)（3TG），包含锡石、黑钨、钶钽铁矿、黄金及其衍生物，上述矿产从开采、冶炼、成型到加工全流程均不得出自管控区域。
依据 RMI 负责任矿产倡议的CMRT 冲突矿产报告模板、EMRT 扩展矿产报告模板要求，我司落实如下供应链管控措施：
对相关供应商开展冲突矿产专项尽职调查，收集 CMRT、EMRT 调查资料；
与供应商签订《不使用冲突矿产承诺书》，明确供应商责任，要求供应商甄别、追溯上游原料来源，妥善留存原产地母材证明记录，接受我司稽核；
要求供应商如实填报矿产来源、冶炼厂信息，保证提交资料真实、完整；我司可按需将相关调查资料提供给我司客户或相关机构。
持续识别供应链矿产风险，若排查发现冲突矿产相关风险，将推动供应商落实整改；对严重违反承诺的供应商，有权执行退回涉事产品、追索违约金、解除合同订单、追偿全部损失（包含诉讼费、律师费等）等处置措施。
我司将持续跟进 CMRT、EMRT 版本更新，不断完善冲突矿产管理机制，持续开展供应链尽职调查，推进负责任矿产采购。
To prevent conflict minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its surrounding high-risk conflict regions from entering our supply chain and mitigate human rights violations associated with minerals linked to armed conflict, our company has established a formal conflict-free minerals policy within our social responsibility management system.
Our position: We do not support, purchase or use conflict minerals mined in areas with armed conflict, illegal mining or harsh working conditions. Conflict minerals mainly refer to Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W) (3TG) originating from the DRC and neighbouring countries under the control of armed groups, including cassiterite, wolframite, coltan, gold and their derivatives. None of the above minerals, across the full lifecycle from mining, smelting, forming to processing, shall be sourced from controlled regions.
In accordance with the CMRT Conflict Minerals Reporting Template and EMRT Extended Minerals Reporting Template issued by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI), our company implements the following supply chain control measures:
Conduct special conflict minerals due diligence for relevant suppliers and collect CMRT and EMRT documentation;
Sign Conflict-Free Minerals Commitment Letters with suppliers to clarify supplier obligations. Suppliers are required to identify and trace upstream raw material origins, properly retain supporting source documentation and accept our audits;
Require suppliers to truthfully report mineral origins and smelter information and guarantee the authenticity and completeness of submitted data. We may share relevant investigation materials with our customers or competent authorities as required.
We continuously identify mineral-related risks in the supply chain. If conflict mineral risks are identified, we will drive suppliers to implement corrective actions. For suppliers with serious breaches of commitment, we reserve the right to reject involved products, claim liquidated damages, cancel contracts or orders, and recover all losses (including litigation fees, attorney fees, etc.).
Our company will keep track of CMRT and EMRT version updates, continuously improve the conflict minerals management framework, conduct ongoing supply chain due diligence and promote responsible mineral sourcing.
